Your company name, logo, and contact details appear on every quote, invoice, and PDF you send. Here's how to get them right.

Everything you enter here shows up on your quotes, invoices, PDFs, and the client portal. If your company name is blank, your documents look amateur. Let's set this up once and forget about it.

Where to find it

Settings → Business Profile. There are two tabs that matter right now: Company Information and Contact & Address.

Company Information

Company logo. Upload a clean version of your logo (PNG or JPG, under 5MB). It appears in the top-left corner of every PDF you generate and on the client portal header.

Company name. This is the name printed on your documents. If you're a sole proprietor, use your DBA or legal business name.

Representative name. Defaults to your account name. Change it if someone else signs off on documents.

Tax ID / EIN. Format: XX-XXXXXXX. Required for professional-looking invoices. Optional otherwise.

License number. Your state electrical license. Clients see this on the portal — and it's often required by local codes to appear on contracts.

Contact & Address

Fill in your business email, phone, website, and full address. This information populates automatically on:

  • Every invoice and quote header

  • The client portal "About" page

  • PDF document footers

One thing people miss: the phone number here is your business phone, not your personal cell. If you entered your personal number in My Profile and want clients to call the office, use a different number here.

What your clients actually see

On the portal, there's a company profile section that pulls directly from these fields. Your logo, company name, license number, phone, website, and address are all displayed. There's no separate "portal settings" for this — what you enter here is what they get.

For electrical companies

Only the owner or admin can edit the Business Profile. It applies to the entire organization — all team members share the same company identity on documents and the portal.
